Michael Kors Santon not refunding the money

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a gift for my wife from Michael Kors Sandton and paid 7000 ZAR and nobody explained there's no refund at Michael Kors on that day.</p> <p>I gave the gift to my wife but she didn't like it. We went there to change it but we didn't find anything and when we asked for refund they said it is not possible and I queried why you didn't mention on day of purchasing? They said because this is a new store and we were not aware also of Terms and Conditions!</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway we went there after 35 days for new collection to see if we can find anything! But we didn't! This repeated 3 times and they also gave us some other stores which are their partners and we can exchange the stuff but we didn't like them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not good because I bought gift for my wife and now after 3 months she still didn't receive it.
