Michael Kors pathetic online deliver time

Ordered a Michale Kors watch online on the 4 January 2020. Today is the 30 January 2020, still not received. Long stories from courier company about tax code problems which they (Michale Kors) miscompleted. Pathetic!! don't order from them online.
