Purchased a bag from MK and within a month of the purchase and not using the bag Everyday, one could see quality defects. I contacted them, they requested both proof of purchase, serial numbers on the bag, EVERYTHING was sent that they requested and all I keep receiving, when I follow up is that someone is attending to my quests!! I’m appalled and disgusted that a brand like MK would handle my matter this way!!
