Horrible order experience

I ordered an item from the Michael Kors online store on 27 December with a promised 4 day delivery time. It is now 14 January and I still haven't received it. I'm not impressed and don't recommend them at all.

I believe they contract their delivery work to a company called Skynet, which would make sense as they are as inefficient as Michael Kors themselves.
