Complaint

I bought shoes yesterday at sandton city Michael kors, i was clear that I am a UK size 4, fitted a UK size 4 but I was sold a US 7.5 which is a UK 5.5. I stay in witbank which is an hour and half drive for me to return the goods. I just want to find out will they compensate me for my fuel and time for returning the goods that would be a result of their negligence?
