Very disappointing!
I honestly feel that this skincare range is very expensive for the results it delivers.
One of my biggest concerns is the lack of transparency around the quantities/concentrations of ingredients in the products. It makes it difficult as a consumer to understand exactly what you are paying for and how much of each active ingredient is actually present.
I also have serious questions about the claims made for Glazing Silk, particularly the claim of SPF 60 protection lasting for 12 hours. I personally find this claim extremely difficult to understand and would like to see clear, independent evidence supporting it. Sunscreen protection is something I take very seriously, and I don't think consumers should simply have to accept such a claim without proper substantiation.
Unfortunately, Glazing Silk has not worked well for my skin at all. My skin feels more dehydrated, and I feel that my fine lines and wrinkles are actually more noticeable after using it. I have seen no improvement in my skin from this product.
Then there is Glow Up, which I have found particularly unpleasant to use. The product feels almost sandy/gritty on my skin, and little pieces of product remain on the surface, which looks terrible. When I contacted the company about this, I was told that this was normal. Personally, I don't consider that acceptable for a product at this price point.
Overall, I feel this has been a huge waste of money. The products are expensive, the results have not matched the expectations created by the marketing, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I have also noticed that negative comments on Micci's Facebook page appear to be removed or filtered. If this is happening, I find that concerning because consumers should be able to share genuine experiences — positive or negative.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing these products: do your research carefully, look beyond the marketing claims, and make sure you are comfortable with what is actually disclosed about the formulations before spending your money.
This is based on my personal experience with the products.
