Horrible service from micasa furniture

I have purchased a dining set which I paid cash for, I then paid an additional R300 for delivery, the lady at the store in Raisethorpe PMB had promised that they will deliver the set to my flat, however when the delivery came through, she had sent 1 drunk guy to carry a whole solid wood dining set, the driver of the truck refused to assist and kept rushing the guy as he said he had other places to go to. The drunk delivery guy then battled to bring the set up, he bashed it on the walls coming up the stairs and my husband had to then assist him, he then explained that he knew what he was doing and tried to force the table through our doorway leaving the table with many bashes and scratches, when I called the lady to explain what type of service we received she tried to take the guys part until I said I will come back to the store, she refused to give us her bosses number and insisted she will contact him and then contact me, 2 days later, the same guy comes through to fix the table leaving it more scarred then it was This was my first time buying something like that for my home, and it ended up being the most frustrating experience as these type of companies take from people, they do all they can to get the sale and once you pay and they have their money they do as they please, they fail to realise that they are actually robbing people, and they themselves would not spend their hard earned money on a damaged piece of furniture that we will now have to keep for years, they themselves would not accept that kind of service yet they feel they are free to rob others This was the most disgusting kind of attitude that they would not accept yet they feel free to do it to innocent people
