MICASA Energy Solutions - ICON Inverter and batteries

Micasa took out my ICON inverter in December 2022, to get it assessed. In January they said that the two batteries need to be assessed and also took them out. Since the beginning of February I have asked where my inverter and the batteries are and who assessed them and what they found. No answer from Micasa. The last I heard from their Director was on the 8th of February. I have been without Solar power since early December 2022.
