Disgusting
<p>I decided to use Micah Kitchens even though they are more expensive as they are supposed to be a reputable company. After waiting so many years to redo our kitchen we experienced the worst service ever. Their workmanship is terrible and the attitude of the management and directors is even worse. STAY AWAY!</p>
Dear Mrs. Benjamin, we have really tried our utmost to satisfy you. Your kitchen was installed on a Wednesday and by the Friday your Caesarstone tops were already installed, job was completed in 3 days. We sincerely tried to assist you at the stressfull time that your Mother passed away. We accept that you disputed the colour of the tops installed. Without any argument, we replaced all the countertops in your kitchen. We apologised for this and replaced everything straight away. At that point you confirmed that you were happy, as your kitchen does look lovely. When we requested the final payment, you sent us e-mails regarding not paying this final amount. Unfortunately, we can only guarantee our product if the full contract price has been paid. That is a simple business principle, not arrogance. We service our clients for many years after installation, hence our excellent reputation in this industry. We even assist our cleints long after the gaurantee period has expired simply because our reputation is very important to us. We have thousands of clients that can confirm that as correct. We regret that you percieve us as arrogant because we are now requesting our final payment that is due. The few door adjustments that you mention will gladly be attended to, we tried to reach you on your phone and you are not returning our calls. We pride ourselves on responding to queries/snags from our clients very diligently. Our Site Manager has been looking after you very well and we have made a huge affort to satisfy you. This is not a workmaship issue at all, it seems more of a payment problem. The balance still due on this contract is R 16 332.00, If you have any issues that need to be attended to, we will gladly attend to it immediately should you take our phone calls when our Site Manager is trying to make arrangements with you.

As per our agreement the full balance of R16 332.00 was paid this morning at 10:23AM. How many times do Micah Kitchens employees need to return to the job site to rectify so many problems?
