Mica bella or Jean Pierre ?

All in all I like their products but my problem is this " dont exaggerate your guarantee" or at least tell the truth ? When I bought this product I was at the Pavillion Shopping centre and your agents insisted politely on a demo and stated a life time guarantee,that is ..."if it stops working bring it in for an exchange a new one any time ,year ,day free exchange ...I purchased it !!Today I take it in ,as the one plate is not getting hot....I return it with receipt box and all leaflets ...also before buying it I asked what happens if your store moves? they say there will always be a store to guarantee fullfillment as mica bella is worldwide ? but today i must pay R400 for a replacement because they change their name to Jean Pierre ....just wrong extremely wrong... they changed it not me ...the truth must be told when selling a product ....
