Threatened by Manager of shop

On 16 March I was manipulated into buying products which I neither wanted nor asked for after being emotionally bul**** with reference to acne scars on my face.<br> On 17 March I returned the products unopened and unused requesting a refund onto my credit card. This was refused after a long dispute the manager Benjamin promised to refund the amount into my bank account within 2 hours, this was not done. On 18 March we returned to the shop to enquire about the refund as we were unable to get hold of the manager, Benjamin, we were met with such hostility from the shop assistants that we seeked advice from the Centre management, who were really helpful in trying to resolve the dispute and convinced Benjamin to refund the money via EFT.
