*****ing my money

I got mica products in 2014 to the value of around R1200, with the promise that I could refill as many times as needed for the next 2 years. A year later they suddenly have a problem with my receipt and they can't find my sale on the system. Since then the branch that I've been going to has closed down and I got a mail from Mike stating that I could use the mail as ref when refilling at the other branches. So I went to Mall@carnival, I was told they are short staffed and can't refill me without permission. Needless to say they couldn't get hold of a manager. I then went to find the branch in 4ways mall only to find it doesn't exist. To make sure I didn't go to the other \branches"for nothing I checked the store directories for menlyn and mall@reds but they don't exist on those directories either. Also"
