No refund - huge ****

I was sold Mica Beauty products with the assurance that I could get a refund if I was not happy with the products. The products made me break out with teenage-like acne - I'm 47 years old.<br> Michael & Olivia say no problem - send e-mail to consumer service and refund will be done.<br> Consumer service is handled by one man - called Guy ***, and guess what, no refund.<br> They essentially con customers - no contract, no actual service department, no-one to direct proper complain to.<br> No refund.<br> <br>
