Contravening Consumer Protection Act

Mica Beauty Products is notorious - the beauty products sellers that accost / harass you in shopping centres. They also won't easily take NO for an answer. Recently through this they successfully managed to sell products valued at R2960 to my nephew, despite him clearly stating he couldn't afford it.<br> <br> I returned the goods to them for refund but they made it VERY difficult to make this happen and even claimed no refund applies as the goods \were purchased on sale / promotion"as stated on their receipt.
