bad service

I purchased a product of mica beauty which was a hair iron set and before the 12 month period I experienced the hair iron not functioning as it would supposed to. I tried several times to contact the supplier and they never answered, eventually they had answered and passed the buck. I drove up 137km to the store ,only for them to tell me to contact headoffice which the number isn't located online. I contacted the head office the following day only for them to tell me there's a R550 charge for them to repair my product that's still under guarantee but initially I was told it's a R350 charge. The mica beauty company is very irresponsible and have a bad attitude and bad customer service. I would never purchase their product again. Thanks
