Acia Mica Iron loosing heat complaint reported

I have reported a complaint to the website of Acia Mica beauty hair iron stylers, submitted several emails and no response to date has been received. I have purchased one of the irons from the beauty stall at the Inkwazi Boardwalk mall 2014 ( that has closed in the mean time), three months later I discovered that the iron is loosing heat, and I have reported the matter, the iron was replaced with a new iron, again now the replaced iron is giving exactly the same problem, and it is less than one year ago that it has been replaced. The iron is loosing its heat temperature. Two months ago i have submitted the complaint on their website and I have emailed my complained to them, following up that i am awaiting feedback, and to date i have not received any correspondences. I have a iron that is over R 2000 and it is not working due to loosing the heat temperature. The number that I had is not working no longer. It is extremely frustrating.
