Worst service

Worst service ever . It's been over 2 months since j made my claim and nothing is being said m home and need the money to do something so I can feed my kids yet Mibco is not taking me serious. I have went to Hatfield twice n they keep saying they waiting on SARS, this 1 time i called and there lady said my claim is just captured and they not busy with it . She proceeded to promise that she will fix it and I must call her Thursday of that same week n since then till today whenever I try to call It's like my phone is blocked from going through or they just hang it. Since they no longer pick my calls, I don't know what to do now m out of airtime and taxi money. It's so painful coz m now unemployed and in dire need of the money.the last time I went they where helping the 2 pot claims but what about us who are unemployed . It's so painful all those huge deductions for them to give me this kind of runner around It's emotionally draining.
