Worst customer service

Zero stars!!!

I have repeatedly requested my Provident fund to be withdrawn. I have asked for updates around this over and over and recieved NO communication. When I phone your number, I end up on hold for hours and get passed from pillar to post and no clear answers. Do you guys just ***** people's money or will I actually get a withdrawal?
