Worst company I've ever felt with

I submitted my documents on the 17th of August 2021 today is the 16th of August 2021 and I still have not gotten my pay out. This is the first time I have ever claimed, I have emailed and called but whenever I do call the mibco call center it straight tells me that they are off line, I have emailed and was advised that my documents are no longer with mibco but are with mifa, the lady that I've emailed in mifa doesn't even respond to my emails. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I have worked and now that they have to pay my claim it becomes a problem. Calls aren't going through, emails aren't being responded so what should one do now?? The people that I worked with who claimed after me even got paid their money. If there's something needed from me why am I not being contacted? Worst company ever
