Very bad service!!!!!!!

<p>On Friday 8/7/2016 I traveled to randburg to submit my pension forms personally to mibco. Upon arrival the guy who was assisted the same time I was, his forms were captured on the system while he was waiting but I was told that mine will only be captured on Monday as they were about to knock off. I asked the lady how I would know that it has been captured and she said I will receive an sms. On Tuesday I have sent two emails and my fiance tried to phone twice (being transferred from one branch to another, holding 45 min, again until they knock off) to no avail, as I still haven't received any emails or sms. Please can someone get back to me. I can not travel to randburg as I am pregnant and do not have the resources to travel. I have paid mibco for a very long time to get absolutely no joy out of my investment! Please! PLEASE ASSIST!!! </p>
