Useless!!!

<p>I have left my company and app**** for my provident fund to be paid out. Firstly it took them two weeks to capture my application after confirming that it has been recieved. They now want me to sign a letter of short payment as they are advising me that the company I worked for is not up to date with the provident fun payments. </p> <p>I did contact my previous employer to find out how this is possible and they advise that all payments has been done and needs to be allocated to my provident funds... This started in Junuary 2017 we are in March and nothing has been resolved. Yesterday i got a message to advise that my claim is going to be cancelled, i phoned Mibco and advised them that i do not want payment in broken payments and that i am willing to wait, i explained to her that my payment need to be allocated. She was so kind to tell me she will contact the correct department as she has not been advised of the sitsuation and she will make note so the claim does not get cancelled.. To my horror when i phoned today because if did not get a mail yesterday as promises i found out that the notes was never done either... So i wonder if i phone tomorrow if there will be notes regarding todays conversation, i highly doubt it.. I dont know where to turn cause no one is looking after the poeple whoes money you are sitting with.. it is our hard earned funds that we can not even get out of you without blood, sweat and tears. </p>
