Unsatisfied customer

Mibco has been no use to me in anyway they do not help over the phone or email the only thing you hear is go to the mibco office and log a complaint what about the people that cannot afford to go to mibco office because it's far and costly why do they not understand that.... They do not even fight for the people that's paying them monthly they take the companys side instead of the staff it's like they working for the company not on behalf of the staff
