My husband is in the process of taking a company to arbitration. Yet the commissioner is the same one from a previous case he had. She is extremely biased and likes to incite "flames" to prevent the case from conciliation. She told me that we have to pay for arbitration and that contractual disspites aren't handled by the DRC. Yet the motoring industry doesn't fall under the ccma. My husband was fired from his position as a direct result of having dyslexia. Which is a disability. Is it fair that the commissioner handling his case this time from the last one she found him at fault. Completely unfair.
