TERRIBLE SERVICE

So a claim was put through and obviously i have been calling them on numerous occasion to no avail however today when i got through whilst still talking to a guy he just put me through to another lady who obviously thinks she is not suppose to assist as if its not her job she did say i need to call back on Friday after trying to get hold of her for like 5 times today and when i complained about her colleague she then said to me MAYBE HIS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING THAT IS WHY HE JUST PUT ME THROUGH like what the hell they service is absolutely disgusting and they do not have no customer ethics at all I'm not sure if they running a company or a circus there but they service is disgusting and they are of no assistance
