Terrible ....... Pathetic .................

Pathetic !!! thats what they are !!! i filed my provident fund claim 09/12/2019 and received sms from Mifa acknowledge for fund claim . 12/12/2019 i received sms again stating my claim is processed and send to financial department if i do not receive my funds in 21 days to contact them. I phoned their office just to be told that i must wait till next Wednesday . so next wednesday i phoned them again and wow this time they tell me SARS closed December so i have to wait 21 days from Jan 2020 .... what is going to be their next excuse ? this is how company's ******* hard working people trying to support their family ....
