TCF FAILS AT MIBCO

iv been waiting for my money from MIBCO since the 15th of february without any success, when i call their offices they say they have processed my claim and i should check with my bank. iv requested bank statements and even tried to get an email address where i can send proof that no monies have been sent to my account. i am even considering going to the PFA to complain , because this company clearly know nothing about TCF and the 5 FAIS points that should be centric to their business. poor poor services!
