Shainel Mohanlall from MIBCO delaying my case against her employers, not responding to lawyers emails.

My mother retired and her provident fund was not paid in full due to her employers giving not submitting the contributions to MIBCO and on top of that they gave false information on the no of years my mother worked for the company. My mother worked for City Panel Beaters, working there as their slave and earning peanuts for more than 15 years and they took all of that away when she retired, they suddenly denied she was their employee for this period on the MIBCO forms they completed when she retired.

Fortunately, my mother had kept her payslip which served as proof of when she started working as an employee of City Panel Beaters. Now my mother is trying to take legal action and consulted her civil lawyers to handle this the legal way. This has been going on for almost 2 years now and it brings me great disappointment that the reason and cause of the delay of the case proceedings is indeed MIBCO, the very same union that is suppose to stand in full support and protect as well represent a group of people who are ****** and ********** by their employees on a daily basis.

Now the case have been going on for almost 2 years, trying to get MIBCO to verify my mothers computation in which they are the only people that have this information. They first took almost a year to supply the lawyers with the contribution computations and the lawyers established that they supp**** incorrect information, computation that which did not belong to my mother.

Now we have been going through another painful experience of having to deal with another MIBCO personnel by the name of Shainel Mohanlall who the layer has been conversing with for almost 8 months and this individual does nothing but fold his arms, ignore emails and response once after 4 months. The follow ups that are being sent to him are endless with no responses. His service is absolutely appalling and he does not take his job seriously nor does he show any respect to the significant of my mothers case.

We are once again being delayed because MIBCO is dragging their feet, just like they do to the majority of the disadvantage people they support to represent, they do not care about their vulnerability or their interests. Why is a case that which my mother has taken upon her self to hand over to her lawyers to fight for her civil rights, is being delayed by non other than the very same people who are suppose to be fighting for her rights? What irony is this? What kind of onion instead of being part of the solution, they become part of the problem.

When is MIBCO ever going to be held accountable for the lack of professionalism and incompetency of their employees? Shainel Mohanlall is a painful reminder of why MIBCO is a useless and serves no justice to any of their members.
