RUDE RUDE

On the 08 October 2015 i phone the mibco office to find out if they receive my husband paper .<br> A guy put me throw to a lady call Geraldine i ask her if she receive the fax she ask me what time did i fax it i told her she ask me from which number was it fax so i told her there no number on there just the number i fax it to but she kept on asking me the more i told here the more she ask and after a while start speaking loud asking me with a attitude what is the number i fax it from the more i told her there no number the irritated she got with me after she was the one that heard wrong i ask for her name and she said Geraldine and in a very rude way she ask me why i want her name then she start shouting to me that she cant help me if i don't have a number the more i wanted to tell her i heard the more she shouted i had to tell her can i speak now when i ask for her surname she told me in a very rude way she the only Geraldine there and just when on about the number i after worth just told her we getting no where so i said bye n drop the phone.<br> <br> I ALSO DEAL WITH CLIENT AND IF THATS HOW MIBCO DEAL WITH THERE I DONT WANT TO KNOW <br> <br> THANK<br> <br>
