provident funds

my name is Lusandra Feris and i made a claim to have my funds paid out to me and i then got informed that my claim is rejected because they wanted to transfer my funds to other scheme and i asked for it to be paid out. I then went to my Lawyers and now the story is that my surname on my bank statement is different from my id. and that is completely false i have the proof that it is accurate i called them more the Three time to ask them to scan and send me the copies they have and i just get transferred from one person to the other and had no luck in resolving this issue i am tired of being messed around by this people i want this documents i want to view them my self as i have copies from the the bank that its spelled the right way this is a delay because i got my laywers involved. If there is a error on that doc they have i will resend it to them.
