Provident Fund Withdrawal

I have been struggling for more than 2 weeks to get any assistance and feedback from Mibco, regarding the Withdrawal of my Provident Fund. My E-mails get read, but no response! Their client service is shameful and absolutely bad! If they don't have the correct people to do the Job, then they should start looking for replacements.
