Provident fund pay out

I submitted my application froms for my pay out and still nothing is happening i phoned Annamarie van der merwe and she told me she does not have my documents and the i resend everything through and i tride to contact her and then she is not at work and she does not read my emails and to giving me feedback . I currently not working and i need to pay my bills this is going ons since the 25 of March until now i am very disappointed with Mibco
