PROVIDENT FUND COMPLAINT

I have been waiting since 29/06/2018 for my provident fund to be paid out to me. According to Mibco my previous employer did not pay up to date and according to my previous employer, they did. Proof provided. No one is willing to assist when phoning to the Mibco offices. Reception lady is rude. The credit control Lady laughs in your face. Provident fund department willing to do nothing to assist. How can we speed up the process in order for me to receive the money OWED to me by MIBCO?
