Poor customer service

This the worst company i never wish to deal with ever again. I have submitted my claim Which they said it will be processed within 14 days to 21.i have been calling to get feedback when I call the agent keeps me on hold for 30 minutes hungs up and never calls back. Even yesterday the samething happened when i call the agent who took my ID number did the same thing very poor service. I work in a call center i would never treat a customer like that
