Pathetic Service!!! :(

Very bad service, I am waiting since Nov 2020, everyone is passing the buck about my claim, I send emails, no reply and when calling in, I'm expected to hold for more than ten to fifteen minutes and to reach a person who will not give you any information relating to your provident fund claims, Mibco Durban, you are dealing with people, there is nothing showing any of that, no care whatsovere!!!! Nx!!!
