PATHETIC SERVICE

I know this is going to fall on deaf ears, but MIBCO/ MIFA, has the MOST PATHETIC SERVICE. People (like myself), phone constantly, email constantly,and NO FEEDBACK from any of the consultants ,Nobuhle, Mpho and Ann),Ann promised me by Wednesday she should have an answer for me, but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Emailed the other people, AGAIN, NO FEEDBACK. We contributed every month on time,but now that we claiming, it's an up and abt with these people.
