Pathetic
Hi,
Probably the worst service I have ever received. I sent in all of my paperwork, which I phoned to make sure everything is correct and in the right format with the correct supporting documents. On the sixth of February I get an sms saying that they have received my documents. On the same day I get another sms saying I need to send a stamped certificate of service. Before I sent in all the documents I asked what I must send in because my previous employer would't sign my service letter. They told me, at the Bloemfontein branch, that I only need an affidavit from the police, which I also added. I called them and told them and they told me everything will be sorted out. I phoned again at the end of February and nobody could give me any indication of what was going on. I have sent an email on 18 March to the manager at the Bloemfontein branch asking if he could help me because I don't get any feed back if I call the offices. On 20 March I call and ask to speak to the manager and he tells me he will call my previous employer and come back toe me. on 24 March, I called again as nobody came back to me... He then told me on the 25th ( after the third day I called ) to send in another affidavit! I told him that the lockdown was about to begin and that I won't be able to get it at their offices in time. on 4 April I got another sms saying that I have 25 days or it will be rejected. On 30 April I received the sms, You're claim has been rejected. I have sent 20 to 25 emails, made 50+ calls and used about R150 for courier charges. I feel that I worked for the money and that the people at Mibco don't really want to help you!
If anyone has a email addres or a number for their complaints department, it would be much appreciated..
