Over 4 months no payout received

I submitted a claim in September 2020 and as of today 21 January 2021 have still not received my payout. I have tried contacting the administrator but always have to hold and hold and hold and then in the end receive an automatedessage stating that the number is temporarily unavailable. I have sent several emails not receiving any reply or one reply stating they will sendy claim to claims department to prioritize. Come on what do you have to do to get answers and for your claim to be paid out this is completely ridiculous.
