Outstanding Payment From 2019

Absolutely disappointed in the service iv been receiving. Iv been waiting for the 2nd payout of my provident fund since 2019, I am still waiting, I am told it is due to "Covid". I am waiting for almost 2 years now. Nobody has called me or responded to my email as to when I will be paid out. I have been more than patient with some people being sent from pillar to post. Absolutely terrible service.
