None payment of benefits

I have been waiting for my payment since October. I was told the SLA was 6 weeks. We are way past the 6 weeks. I have escalated to different people and all I am told is it is with the authoriser. How long does authorisation take in this business weeks? Please urgently arrange for payment to be paid asap. Chad February ***
