No reply, response or assistance

I have trying to get hold of anyone at mibco/mirf. The phone numbers and email addresses get no response at the jhb or pinetown offices. I have sent numerous emails to given addresses to no avail.

All I am wanting to do is pull my pension and it seems impossible.

Is there any other email addresses or contact numbers for mirf /mibco where a person will actually recieve assistance.

The app they say to use does not allow full fund withdrawal only the savings on the fund. So the app is useless.
