MIFA doesn't service their clients, services are unsatisfactory

It's been mother than 3 months since I claimed my funds after being dismissed at work, they are unprofessional they don't communicate I do follow ups and don't get answers. I need the money and have waited way to long. You just don't treat people this way for their hard earned money.
