Worst experience ever!!! I've been waiting for my provident fund since February. 5 months to wait for something that is entitled to you sounds absolutely ridiculous. 2 weeks ago I get a response to my email and now they using the pandemic as an excuse. The pandemic is understandable, but making me wait 5 months for what's owed to me is utter madness. I wish there was a number that I could call and complain about this and the **** service mifa provides. Makes me not want to stay in the motor industry... Ya'll playing with people.
