MIBCO/MIFA - BIG NO NO

Worst, Worst, worst experience with a bargain council I've EVER had. No sense of urgency. Probably the most impolite people I have ever had to deal with in my life. No one seems to do anything around there only a few individuals who seem to throw you around from one phone to the next.
