Mibco totaly bad service

To whom it may Concern I trust you're all well?

I am very disapointed and disapointed in Mibco's Service. My aunt passed away on the 5th of July and my Grandfather on the 31st of July. It was my aunts wishes that me and my brother gets her provident fund. The staff at Mibco asked us to send everything. We also send with all the forms letter from people that testify that everything is true est. Mibco staff asked me 4 times to speak to my aunt that was a horrible experience trying to make the person understand you can't she passed away.

Mibco is busy dragging out this whom process and taking there time. We asked them to please sort this out before they close in December because this is taking there time for no reason and our healing process takes langer. All we ask is that they sort this out asap and not next year.
