MIBCO - Terrible Service

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It seems like they are making it almost impossible to get your money back or to get an update on your claim. I have sent out numerous emails with no replies. I call the customer help line and they put me through to 4 different people just to be put through again to a line that no one picks up. Absolutely pathetic service. When I went to the Hatfield branch to submit my original documents (after discussing with someone from that branch that I will drop it off on that day), I showed up to see the office is closed because there is no water??????
