MIBCO PROVIDENT FUND

I made an application with MIBCO on the 21 April, and since then i have not heard any communication from them , i took it upon myself that i call them and do a follow up but every time i call them i get transferred from one advisor to another. on multiple occasions i would run out of airtime with no help but i still have not gave up because i really need to know what going on with my application . when i final was told that there is an advisor who has been allocated my case and i should wait for 2 weeks to here from them and will get an sms but nothing came through , i called again and i was then told to wait that was after multiple contact made to the company and still ended the call with no proper feedback . i tried to call again and i was told that the person who was assigned my case left and i fail to understand how that should affect my application for the funds .there after being told that the case will be reallocated and i should here from them on Wednesday still i didn't and tried calling in and i was just hanged up on and tried calling again after being told to wait on the line the line went dead . im so disappointed with the level of services from MIBCO.
