MIBCO - POOR - NO HELP - NO ANSWERS

I submitted my Provident fund claim in and they rep**** back on the 22-10-2020 that they received everything. Since now i have been following up with Marieta De Lange at MIBCO. She can only do so much because since 14-12-2020 my claim is with Mifa and I tried calling them and sent emails but with no luck.... answering or feedback from my emails.

It is now the 3rd of February 2021 and still I don't know what is going on!!

Can somebody please help me, I am Frustrated!!!
