Mibco is a joke

My fiance app**** for his provident fund last year early December and to this day he hasn't received his provident. Last week he got an sms that his exit benefit has been paid into his account but 4 days later it was not in and when he enquired, he was told it was a mistake. Then he called again and was told the money was reversed. He was then told to wait 30 more days to get the money. How ironic because Mibco will close for December. My fiance has given up. Why do people need to suffer before they receive help
