Mibco is a bully and useless organization.

I submitted my papers at Mibco offices on the 2nd of July,two weeks after they sent a confirmation that they received my papers,after that they kept quiet.On the 4th of September i called them to check what's going on with my application,the consultant told me they still nusy with my papers, only today(8th August) i received an sms saying that my application has been sent to the administrators(Mifa) for processing, should I have not called them I'm sure my things would have been still stuck.Mibco is just useless and they don't pay ppl on purpose, and i wonder why.
