Mibco in favour of employer not employee unfair ruling
I logged a case with mibco worked faithfully in a company for 13 years resigned with constructive dismissal the case went to arbitration. From my bad experience The outcome was unfair and the ruling was made on behalf of the company just want to warn motor industry employees cases that go to mibco even if you have a lawyer it is not a fair system and employees don't get a fair trial. If my case went directly to ccma I would have stood better chance of winning. Dissatisfied and disgusted with the service of mibco

19 Oct 2021, 08:39hello peter this matter cannot be resolved the arbitration order has already been made.It was done by virtual meeting.In my opinion from my experiences with mibco concerning virtual meeting meeting I was handed the raw end of the stick after dedicated service to my company at sewssa. It sad that the employee is not really protected under the motor industry CCMA would have been a better and fair deal.If i could have given mibco a minus rating i would have done so
